- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We contacted this chap to service a boiler. Constantly failed to reply to messages. Then gave a vague ‘possible’ appointment. When asked for to confirm actually coming said ‘it’s their busiest time of year and lots of pre-booked work ahead of emergencies’. We’d by this stage been trying to book for three weeks...
At this stage he became rude to my wife.
